I want to shop at one of your stores but I want to know more about the available inventory for that location first. How do I do this?
Sometimes we carry the same merchandise between locations and sometimes we do not. We are a franchise which means we are independently owned. In order to keep the same The ivory Closet style among our shops, we order the same brands but not necessarily the same styles. If you search the city of the location that you would like to visit in our search bar (top right icon next to the shopping bag icon) you should get a sneak peek of that location's inventory. For Example, "Memphis"
Not ALL inventory will be displayed here but a lot of the top sellers will show up.

What items are Final Sale?
If an item is purchased from our SALE collection it cannot be returned or exchanged. Store credit or a refund will not be issued for any returned 'Final Sale' items. Be sure to reach out to our Customer Care team if you’re not sure if your order had Final Sale items included or not. Call us at (901) 628-9599
Boutiques are unique in the fact that they carry limited, unique fashion items. Once our items sell out, we generally are not able to get them back in stock. If the item sells extremely quickly, sometimes we are able to snag more inventory before the stock sells out with the brand. If you are curious about a sold out item, feel free to leave your email on the sold out product page to be notified if/when we will be getting that specific item back in stock.
We carry a wide variety of boutique brands from all over the world. Being a group of small, family ran businesses, we also support our fellow small entrepreneurs by carrying several "makers" brands. These are brands who's product lines are handmade, and sometimes exclusive items, for our shop.
We have also partnered with local makers to help develop some of our signature lines such as The Ivory Closet Suds Bar and the Closet Candles Collection.

How do I change my email preferences?
If you've joined The Ivory Closet VIP Style Club, you will receive emails about our secret stash sales, style advice, exclusive opportunities, exciting new releases, and important order info. If you are only interested in certain types of emails, click the email preferences link at the bottom of an email received from us and choose your preferences.
Do you carry larger, plus, or extended sizes in clothing?
This is a new expedition to our shop. We are searching for unique, plus sized brands to stock our racks. To see a list of our current styles in extended sizes,click here and be sure to keep checking back while we build this piece of our product portfolio.
How do you determine if a dress is long, short, or somewhere in-between?Shop by model! We have a fabulous variety of size in our IC Models. We will be launching a "Shop by Model" feature very soon in which you can find one of our models that best matches your size and shop her items, or at least take a look at what sizes she is wearing in specific pieces to get an idea of how certain items or cuts fit
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! In order to ensure your order will ship please make sure your credit card billing and shipping matches. We require this for international shipping to minimize high risk of fraud.
Where's my return?
If you used one of our return labels to send your return back to us, it will normally take around 2 weeks to arrive back to us. Once it is delivered to our Fulfillment Center in Memphis, you can expect your return to be processed within 5-7 business days. As soon as we process your return, we’ll send you an email with all of the details inside! In the meantime, you can keep track of your package with the tracking number listed on your return shipping label.
I just placed an order yesterday, and now you're offering a coupon. Can I get my previous order adjusted?
If your order was placed in the last 12 hours, we can absolutely honor the coupon in the form of a store credit! However, we are unable to honor a coupon credit after 12 hours have passed from the time that you have placed your order.
Coupons that are not valid for adjustment include rewards coupons, coupons offered in a receipt, or coupons offered in store. Coupons that are valid include, online discounts or promo codes that were emailed through our VIP Style Club. If you choose to receive a coupon credit, no other offers can be applied to the order, for example, no free gifts can be redeemed if you are receiving a promo credit.
Something I just ordered yesterday at full price is now on sale! Can I get the sale price?
We're more than happy to make that adjustment in the form of store credit, as long as the item was purchased within two days of the beginning of the sale and the item was full price at the time you purchased it.
One thing to note, receiving the price difference for your order will make your item non-returnable. If you haven't had a chance to try on your items, you may want to do so before we process the price adjustment.
