Shipping and Returns

Need to Return? We Can Accommodate!

We offer 3 options to return unwanted merchandise. For a full refund, your merchandise must be shipped back within 3 days of retrieval in original packaging with tags intact. If you have any questions about these options, please contact (901) 628-9599.

Options:

 1 - Store Credit : We will send you a free return label and allow you to choose an item that you will love!

 2 - Return : You will receive a refund to your payment method minus the original shipping fee. You will be  responsible for shipping and the payment of shipping your unworn and unused merchandise back to us with tags fully intact and packaging un-torn and in new condition. - The refund will be applied once we receive the merchandise into our warehouse and it has been verified that it is in acceptable condition. - We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order. We are unable to offer refund in store as our online system is completely different and we do not have web sales data available on the in-store registers.

3 - Exchange : Love it but need a different size, color, or pattern? We're happy to exchange as long as that item's still in stock. - Currently, we are only able to process exchanges for domestic (US) customers. Don't see an item that you would like to exchange? That's OK. We will still offer store credit for you to use in the online boutique! Once you pick your exchange item, we will send you a return label to have your merchandise shipped back at no charge to you.

 

OUR U.S. RETURN POLICY
The following policy applies to domestic orders only.

  • Eligibility Window: To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be received back to our Fulfillment Center within 14 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip) and shipping within 3 days of order retrieval (as stated on your tracking number)

  • Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:

    1. Items marked as final sale.
    2. Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
    3. Free gift with purchase is not returned with order (if applies)
    4. Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
    5. Returns received after 14 days of the original order shipment date.
    6. Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

  • Items Eligible for Store Credit: Exchanges must be received within 14 days of the original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip) and shipped within 3 days of order retrieval (as stated on your packing slip).

     
  • Packaging Requirements:

    1. Swimwear: Must be returned with hygienic liner intact. Swimwear received without the hygienic liner is non-returnable and will receive no refund or store credit.
    2. Shoes: Must be returned with original shoebox, if it arrived to you in a box originally. Please place it inside a larger packing box or wrap it in brown paper. Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit. Shoes that have wear to the sole will not be refunded.
    3. Non-Apparel Items: Must be returned with original packaging intact, otherwise they are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit.

  • How do I return an item I received as a gift? If you received an order from Ivory Closet as a gift, you can still return! We'll issue you a Ivory Closet store credit for the amount of the returned item(s) to your account. Please contact customer care to help with your return. - (901) 628-9599
